Cancellations can be made via My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) (Non-member Reservations).

CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellation fees will be incurred once payment has been processed, irrespective of when the cancellation occurs.
Upon cancellation, the refund of the paid amount will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee that applies following the completion of payment can be verified via My Page / My Reservation(s).

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Cancellation of domestic flight reservations can be made via My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) (Non-member Reservations). * Procedure for cancellations varies depending on the timing of the cancellation request |
2. FINALIZATION OF REFUND AMOUNT |

The verified refund amount will be displayed on My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) (Non-member Reservations) approximately one week following the receipt of the cancellation. * In the event of cancellation resulting from flight suspension or upon submission of a medical certificate, please allow a processing period of up to two weeks * Refunds will not be provided for cancellations where the cancellation fee exceeds the amount paid |
3. REFUND PROCEDURE |

The refund will be processed according to the original payment method used at the time of booking, after deducting the cancellation fee from the total amount paid. An e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address upon completion of the refund. |

CANCELLATION AFTER OPERATING HOURS (6:00PM OR LATER) ONE DAY PRIOR TO DEPARTUREFor cancellations after our skyticket operating hours on the day before departure (6:00PM or later), the following procedures are required: (1) Request for cancellation with the airline and (2) Submit cancellation request on skyticket.
* Cancellations and refunds will not be processed if more than 7 days have elapsed since the day following departure, regardless of whether a cancellation request is submitted through skyticket |
NOTEPassengers must submit a cancellation request on skyticket, irrespective of when the cancellation occurs, even if the airline has already processed the cancellation prior to the request being made on skyticket. The cancellation process by the airline will not be automatically updated on skyticket, thus submission of cancellation on skyticket is mandatory. skyticket will not be able to process any refunds if cancellations are not submitted to us. Passengers are requested to submit their cancellation requests on skyticket by the day following the cancellation process by the airline. |
