A: When you make the cancellation request on "My Page" or "My Reservation(s)" page, please indicate your reason in the remarks column.
In the event that the traveler or the accompanying traveler is unable to fly due to medical reasons, etc., the cancellation fee predetermined by the airlines may be waived upon the submission of a medical certificate (Administrative fees, handling fees and telephone reservation fees are not refundable). A separate e-mail with the necessary application documents and submission instructions will be sent to you after we have received your cancellation request.
