For Peach (APJ), Jetstar Japan (JJP), and Spring Japan (SJO) flights, if you have purchased a non-refundable fare, 100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Therefore, no refund will be issued. Please confirm the fare conditions in advance before submitting your cancellation request.
Cancellation requests made outside of skyticket’s business hours (10:00–18:00) will be processed on the next business day.
If you wish to cancel after business hours on the day before departure (after 18:00), please refer to this page.
Partial cancellations cannot be processed before payment. Please cancel the entire reservation and make a new booking with your preferred details.
Cancellation fees will be incurred once payment has been processed, irrespective of when the cancellation occurs. Upon cancellation, the refund of the paid amount will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee.

Airline cancellation fees are subject to change depending on the date of cancellation, with adjustments applied in accordance with skyticket’s business hours (10:00–18:00). Please note that cancellation requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on thefollowing business day.
Cancellation of domestic flight reservations can be made via My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) (Non-member Reservations). After payment, you can also review the cancellation policy and cancellation fees on the confirmation screen before finalizing a cancellation.

2. FINALIZATION OF REFUND AMOUNT
The verified refund amount will be displayed on My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) (Non-member Reservations) approximately one week following the receipt of the cancellation.
* In the event of cancellation resulting from flight suspension or upon submission of a medical certificate, please allow a processing period of up to two weeks
* Refunds will not be provided for cancellations where the cancellation fee exceeds the amount paid
3. REFUND PROCEDURE
Refunds will be issued by deducting the applicable cancellation fee from the amount paid, according to your chosen payment method. Once the refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. For details on refund methods and timing by payment type, please refer here.
Click “Cancel Reservation” for the relevant transaction
Select the passenger or flight you intend to cancel and then click on “Next (Cancellation Details)”
Select the “Total Cancellation Fee / Refund Amount” and check the box to indicate your agreement
To proceed, select the option “Request with Above Details"
Cancellation request is completed when “Cancellation Accepted” is displayed on the screen
※Cancellations cannot be withdrawn or reinstated after a cancellation request has been submitted (Please check the details carefully prior to submitting your cancellation request)
NOTE
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please submit a cancellation request through My Page (for member reservations) or the Reservation Confirmation Page (for guest reservations) no later than the earlier of your scheduled departure time or 6:00 PM, the end of skyticket's business hours.
If you have booked a morning flight for the following day, you must submit your cancellation request by 6:00 PM on the previous day, before skyticket's business hours end.
Even if you have already completed the cancellation process directly with the airline before canceling through skyticket, you are still required to submit a cancellation request through skyticket. For more details, click here.
The airline's cancellation process and skyticket's system are not automatically linked. Please note that if you do not submit a cancellation request through our website, we will be unable to process your refund. We kindly ask that you take special care to complete the cancellation request on our website.
