Refund methods and refund periods for cancelled reservations vary depending on the method of payment.

PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD / AMAZON PAY |
Refunds will be made to the credit card used at time of payment. Check credit card statements to confirm the refund. |
PAYMENTS MADE VIA PayPay |
Refunds will be made to your PayPay account. Please check your PayPay account balance to confirm refunds. |
PAYMENTS MADE VIA CONVENIENCE STORE / Pay-easy / ONLINE BANKING |
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the user's bank account. Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the recipient. After completing the cancellation procedure, please register your bank account information for the bank transfer via My Page / My Reservation(s) page. |
CREDIT CARD REFUND PROCEDURES
The procedures below will be processed simultaneously at the time of credit card refund.
- Process a full refund of the amount paid at the time of booking
- The above amount paid at time of booking minus the amount due for refund will be re-accounted for

PRECAUTIONS FOR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
- Processing time depends on the number of cancellation requests received and no specific refund date will be provided
- Credit card companies may contact you to confirm the use of your credit card for re-payment in accordance to the above procedures
- The re-payment amount may appear on your statement as a billing charge depending on the card provider
(Note: The payment amount will be refunded separately as soon as it is processed by the credit card company and there will be no additional charge to your account) - Please contact the credit card company for detailed information on the refund schedule after you have received the refund completion e-mail from skyticket
- Refunds may not be reflected on your statement until the following month or later depending on the closing date of your credit card
(Note: Processing of cancellation data may require several weeks from the date of refund by skyticket) - The refund(s) will be made via bank transfer to your bank account if the re-payment cannot be processed due to reasons not attributable to skyticket and you will be notified via e-mail
(Note: Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the recipient)
PRECAUTIONS FOR DEBIT/PREPAID CARD REFUNDS
Due to the card company's processing or card specifications, there is a probability that the debit card may be temporarily deducted twice or that the debit card will be deducted again even if it was refunded once.
Kindly wait for the cancellation data to be processed and the duplicate amount will be refunded accordingly.
