Reservations made with credit card payments will be refunded to credit cards used at the time of reservation.
For information regarding the refund status, please check your credit card statement.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS PROCESS
When a refund is processed for a reservation paid by credit card, the following procedures are simultaneously processed:
- Process of a full refund of the amount paid at the time of reservation
- Re-Invoice Amount: Total Amount Paid - Amount Refunded

EXAMPLE OF A SINGLE REFUND TRANSACTION

In the case of a round-trip flight ticket with a total price of ¥30,000 (¥20,000 for the outbound flight and ¥10,000 for the return flight), if only the outbound flight is canceled: Cancellation fee: Outbound flight ¥4,000 |

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
- The processing time depends on the number of cases being handled, so we are unable to provide a specific refund date.
- In some cases, your credit card company may contact you to verify the transaction related to the re-billing.
Please note that this is a normal part of the process. - Depending on your card type, the re-billed amount may appear on your statement before the refund is reflected. Once the card company completes their processing, the payment will be refunded separately, so this will not increase your out-of-pocket cost.
- For details on how the refund will appear on your statement after skyticket has completed the refund process, please contact the credit card company you used.
- Depending on your card’s statement cycle, it may take until the following month for the refund to appear, or it may take several weeks from the date skyticket processes the refund for the cancellation data to be reflected.
- If the re-billing cannot be processed due to reasons not related to skyticket, the refund will be made via bank transfer to your account.
In such cases, skyticket will notify you by email to the address you registered.

PRECAUTIONS FOR DEBIT/PREPAID CARD REFUNDS
Due to the card company's processing or card specifications, there is a probability that the debit card may be temporarily deducted twice or that the debit card will be deducted again even if it was refunded once.
Kindly wait for the cancellation data to be processed and the duplicate amount will be refunded accordingly.
