To initiate a refund, it is essential to submit a cancellation request to skyticket as the process will not occur automatically, even if a refund is available.
Delays in reaching out to us may result in the limitation of options for cancellation and refunds, depending on the airline and the specific fare conditions.

Please log in to My Page (for registered members) or access the Booking Confirmation Page (for guest bookings) and submit your cancellation request by the earlier of your scheduled departure time or skyticket's business closing time of 6:00 PM. Note: If you have booked a flight departing in the morning of the following day, you must submit your cancellation request by 6:00 PM on the previous day, before skyticket's business hours end.

skyticket will issue a refund after deducting the cancellation fee from the total amount paid and the refund will be processed in accordance with the payment method. An e-mail notification confirming the refund will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the user once the refund has been completed. |
APPLICABLE CANCELLATION FEES
The cancellation fee displayed when a cancellation is initiated on My Page (Member Bookings) or My Reservations (Guest Bookings) is the cancellation fee applicable at the time of the cancellation.
When users initiate a cancellation that is later processed by the airline, the cancellation fee applicable will be based on the date the airline completes the processing.

Example: For a Skymark Airlines flight departing at 3:00 PM on April 2, the cancellation request must be submitted by 3:00 PM on April 2, as it is earlier than skyticket's business closing time of 6:00 PM.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE FOR JAPAN AIRLINES (JAL) AND ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS (ANA/NH) PARTNER AIRLINE FLIGHTS
For cancellations of Japan Airlines (JAL) and All Nippon Airways (ANA/NH) partner airline flights, the cancellation fee based on the time the refund request is submitted to the airline via skyticket will be applicable.
In the following situations, there may be a difference between the cancellation fee and refund amount quoted by the airline at the time the cancellation is reported and the actual amount applied. Depending on the fare conditions, the ticket may become non-refundable.
- If there is a delay before contacting skyticket
- If a cancellation request is submitted outside of skyticket's business hours
(Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.)
Please be sure to notify skyticket of your cancellation by the earlier of your scheduled departure time or skyticket's business closing time of 6:00 PM.
※ If you contact us shortly before departure, the cancellation may be processed after the flight has departed, and a refund may no longer be available.
