Steps for Cancellation Procedure
- Go to the booking details page
※The method to check varies depending on whether it is a member reservation or a guest reservation.
Please check the status of your reservation in the email body before proceeding. For details, see here - Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on "Proceed to Cancellation"
- Check the box for the passenger or flight you wish to cancel, then click "Next (Confirm Details)"
- Confirm the "Total Cancellation Fee & Refund Amount" and if the reason is due to injury or illness, enter details in the "Remarks" section

- The screen will display cancellation acceptance confirmation, and the cancellation request is complete
※Once the cancellation request is completed, it cannot be undone.
