CANCELLATIONS PROCESSED WITH THE AIRLINE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Cancellations made with the airline prior to the scheduled departure time may be processed as pre-departure cancellations. Passengers can verify the flight status through skyticket and then proceed to cancel their reservations prior to the scheduled departure.

The amount of the refund is shown on the cancellation request page on My Page (Member Reservations) / My Reservation(s) (Guest Reservations) for the applicable reservation.
The cancellation request can be submitted on the same screen.
