A: For cancellation of helicopter flights due to inclement weather, either one of the following options are available.
Kindly contact the Operator AirX via e-mail or via AirX Contact Us Enquiry Form to inform them of your preference.
- Free Cancellation
- Free / Non-expiring Schedule Change
- Flights may be canceled when it is determined that weather conditions do not meet safety standards, even on clear days, taking into consideration changes in weather, cloud coverage, wind conditions and other relevant factors

Information on the decision of whether or not a flight will be operated on the day of the event
An e-mail from AirX, the operator of the flight, will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the reservation person in the event of a flight cancellation
- Free cancellations will be refunded by skyticket to the reservation person
