A: Final decisions on whether or not a helicopter flight can be operated depend on the time of the pre-boarding assembly.
The following is a brief overview of the times for the final decision of flight operations.

- If a flight is deemed to be inoperable, an e-mail from AirX, the operator of the flight, will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the reservation person
