CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
- For cancellations before payments, please access "My Reservation(s)" or "My Page" to cancel your reservation(s)
- Cancellation fees do not apply for all cancellations before payment
CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT
Please contact us at least three (3) working days before your scheduled departure date for cancellations of bookings after payment.

- Calls and e-mails for cancellations after our operating hours will only be processed on the next working day (Operating hours: Weekdays 10:00AM to 6:00PM / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
- If a cancellation occurs on the day of departure (just before departure), please contact the airlines directly to make the cancellation
- Kindly contact and notify us by the next business day for cancellations made directly with the airlines
- Refund procedures cannot be made if you do not contact us by the stipulated deadline
REFUNDS
For cancellations after payments are made, the following cancellation fees will apply. The refund amount after deducting all necessary cancellation and administrative fees will be refunded.
- Handling and administrative fees incurred at time of payment (Convenience Stores, Credit Card Payments, etc.) are non-refundable
- Cancellation fees apply on a per-passenger basis
- Cancellations of a few passengers from a group reservation is not allowed depending on airline/ticket restrictions (Any cancellations/changes made apply to the whole group)

- Cancellation fees vary depending on the date you contact us to make your cancellation
- The airlines listed below charge a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made due to personal reasons of the passenger(s) ('no-show' will automatically be considered a cancellation and no prior notification of cancellation is required)
Zipair Tokyo, VietJet Air, Scoot, Cebu Pacific, Jetstar, Peach Aviation, Tigerair Taiwan, HK Express, Spring Airlines Japan, Nok Air, SpiceJet, Go Air (Go First), FlyBig, IndiGo, Star Air, Spirit Airlines, Greater Bay Airlines
REFUND PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENTS MADE VIA CREDIT CARDS
- Refunds will be made to credit cards if payments are made via credit cards
- Statuses of refunds to credit cards differ depending on your credit card provider
- Cancellation fees may be charged after the payment has been refunded in full (The cancellation fee may appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement depending on the type of card but it will be refunded to you separately as soon as it is processed by the credit card company)
- Several weeks may be required from the time of your skyticket transaction for the data to be processed by the credit card company
- Your credit card statement may not be updated until the following month (depending on the closing date of your credit card)
- The refund procedure and the statement format differ depending on the credit card company (Please contact the provider of your credit card for details of payment reversion (refund) date)
- Refunds may be made via bank transfer if skyticket is unable to process the refund to your card for unknown reasons (skyticket will contact you via e-mail to your registered e-mail address in such circumstances)
- There may be a time lapse between the cancellation fee being charged and the offsetting of the payment for debit/prepaid card payments (The cancellation fee may be temporarily charged but will be refunded as soon as it is processed by the credit card company)
REFUND PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENTS MADE VIA BANK TRANSFERS, CONVENIENCE STORE PAY-EASY AND INTERNET BANKING
- Refunds will be remitted to the bank account provided by the user (Bank Transfer fees for refund(s) are to be borne by the recipient's bank account)
- An e-mail from skyticket will be sent to you after the cancellation procedure (Please register the bank account to which the refund will be made to via the URL in the e-mail or access "My Page" to complete the registration of your bank account)
MODIFICATION / CHANGE OF RESERVATION
- Changes to reservations/bookings (names, flight schedules, etc.) are basically not allowed (A new reservation is required after the cancellation of the original booking)
- Cancellation fees incur if changes are made to flight schedule(s) after payment
- Changes to number of traveling passengers may not be allowed by the airline(s) if the original reservation was made for more than one passenger
- Reservation/Booking of air tickets in the same fare class may not be available after original cancellations are made (Occurs when air tickets of the same fare class are fully booked)
- When partial cancellations cannot be made, please cancel the original reservation/booking and make a new reservation (Cancellation fees apply for cancellations after payment)
