The following information applies to overseas air tickets purchased via skyticket in the event of airline bankruptcy.
The agreement between users and skyticket at the time of purchase of air ticket is an "Agency-Arranged Travel Agreement" and the obligation of skyticket ends when the arrangements for the air ticket(s) are completed.

As stipulated in the agreement, in the event of an airline bankruptcy, etc. after the arrangements have been made, in principle, skyticket shall not be able to take bankruptcy proceedings against the bankrupt airline for you, nor shall we be liable for any loss or damage to you as a result of the bankruptcy of the airline.
skyticket will process refunds for passengers who have been refunded by the airline due to flight cancellations and other reasons sequentially.
ALL FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS CONFIRMED PRIOR TO THE AIRLINE'S BANKRUPTCY

An announcement regarding the expected refunds will be made as soon as the information is available - If the airline does not provide a refund to skyticket, we will not be able to process a refund to you and you must take the necessary steps with the airline.
* Passengers are advised to contact the airline directly as skyticket will not be able to negotiate or participate in insolvency proceedings and insolvency on your behalf - If you have already received a refund in the form of a voucher from the airline
Whether or not vouchers can be used after an airline's insolvency depends on the policy of the airline concerned and the nature of the insolvency proceedings.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used on the skyticket website.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
- Handling fees and credit card/convenience store administrative fees incurred at the time of booking are non-refundable even if the airfare is refunded.
- Some credit cards may offer compensation for purchases made with a credit card.
If you have not received a refund from the airline, please contact the credit card company provider for information. - Refunds for payments made with a credit card will be returned to the same credit card.
The time frame for the actual refund varies by credit card company after skyticket has processed your refund (if any). - Kindly contact your credit card provider for the refund timeline after the completion of the skyticket procedure.
