PASSENGER INFORMATION
If the passenger information shown on the passport presented on the day of travel does not match the information entered at the time of booking, boarding may be denied in accordance with airline regulations.
After your reservation is completed, changes to your name, gender, or date of birth are not permitted under any circumstances.
(This includes spelling errors in names or entering the first and last names in reverse order.)
Please carefully review all details to ensure accuracy before completing your reservation.

ABOUT PASSPORTS
A passport is required to book and use international airline tickets.
If your passport has not yet been issued or is currently under application, please complete the booking only after the passport has been issued.
Passport details, such as the passport number, cannot be added after the reservation has been completed.

At skyticket, in addition to connecting flights, we also offer flights that include stopovers. Flights with longer-than-usual travel times or those labeled “1 stop,” for example, indicate itineraries that include a stopover. Stopover flights land once at an intermediate location after departure for refueling or aircraft servicing. In most cases, the aircraft and airline remain the same, and passengers are not required to complete check-in procedures again. ※Please note that depending on your nationality, a visa may be required even if you are only transiting (staying at the stopover location). |

Some flights are operated in combination with train or bus services. If “Train” or “Bus” is indicated after the flight number, you will be required to transfer to the corresponding train or bus service. Any checked baggage dropped off at the airport at departure must be collected upon arrival at the intermediate airport and carried by the passenger to the connecting train or bus. For details on the travel process and other information, please contact the airline you plan to use. |
CHECKING FLIGHT STATUS
As skyticket does not manage flight operations, we are unable to provide information regarding flight status or forecasts.
Please check the operating status directly on the respective airline’s official website.
Depending on the airline, schedule changes such as adjustments to departure or arrival times, or flight cancellations due to aircraft changes or operational reasons, may occur.
As such updates may be announced shortly before departure, please be sure to check the latest flight status prior to your departure.
