REFUND PROCEDURE
In the event of cancellation due to flight suspension or schedule change, the refund process will be as outlined below.

- Even with the implementation of special measures by the airline, skyticket handling fees, administrative fees, system usage fees and change fees from previous procedures remain non-refundable
- Depending on the response of the airline, refunds may be issued as flight vouchers rather than via the original payment method
Information on flight vouchers can be found on the official websites of the airlines
- Regulations of the airline will apply at the time the cancellation is accepted by skyticket
Changes to the regulations made after the acceptance of the cancellation will be deemed invalid
- Special measures may not apply if the cancellation is requested less than 3 business days prior to the scheduled departure date
- Refunds will be issued to the passenger once the airline has processed the refund to skyticket
Refunds may take longer than normal depending to the response times of the airlines
