skyticket Usage (International Flights) – skyticket Usage / Cancellation / FAQ

The following sequence of procedures is for reservations on skyticket booking platform for international flights.
Users are encouraged to consult the following procedures for guidance both prior to and following the completion of reservations.
* Reservations cannot be accepted via telephone (Kindly make your reservation on our skyticket website)

INFORMATION PRIOR TO RESERVATION

USAGE PROCEDURE

1. SEARCH AIR TICKETS
Please select your preferred options from the search screen and click "Search Best Airfares".

2. SELECT PREFERRED FLIGHT(S)
Search results are displayed in accordance to search entry preferences. Select the flights you would like to reserve.

3. ENTER PASSENGER INFORMATION

Details of the selected flights, airfares, baggage and other options will be displayed.
Verify the details and enter the passenger information.

* Ensure that name(s) of all passengers are correctly entered

4. RESERVE
(MAKE PAYMENT LATER)

4. PROCEED TO PAYMENT
(MAKE IMMEDIATE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT)

A Reference Number will be displayed on the screen and a “Reservation Confirmation” e-mail will be sent to you.

* Review the Cancellation Policy and other terms in the "Terms and Conditions (Important)" link

Payment must be made by the specified Payment Deadline indicated in the e-mail, either via the provided URL in the e-mail text or by accessing My Page / My Reservation(s).

An e-mail confirming that the payment has been completed will be dispatched once the transaction is finalized.

This page is the final confirmation of your reservation details, including your selected outbound and return flights, the airfares and passenger information.

An e-mail, “Confirmation of Air Ticket Purchase” or “Booking Completed”, will be dispatched once the transaction is finalized.

5. FINAL CONFIRMATION E-MAIL

Upon completion of the ticketing process, a “Final Confirmation” e-mail will be sent to you.
The Reservation/Confirmation Number necessary for check-in will be included in the text of the e-mail.

Follow the instructions in the e-mail and print out the e-ticket passenger copy.

* The “Final Confirmation” e-mail will not be dispatched if you received the “Booking Completed” e-mail in the above step 4

6. CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

Kindly present your passport, e-ticket and necessary documents at the check-in counter of the operating airline at the airport to complete the check-in procedures.

For airlines that do not issue e-tickets, please present your Reservation/Confirmation Number along with your flight schedule.

* Check-in procedures must be completed at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time
