Please note that it may take approximately two weeks from the date of your cancellation request for the refunded amount to be reflected. You may check the refund details on your My Page (for member reservations) or the Reservation Confirmation page (for guest reservations). |

BOOKINGS OF 2 OR MORE FLIGHTS WITH SOME FLIGHTS CANCELEDIf you have a reservation that includes two or more flights and one of the flights is canceled, please note that other flights in the same reservation may, in some cases, be treated in the same manner as the canceled flight. When submitting a cancellation, we kindly ask that you include all affected flights in the request. Upon submission, skyticket will coordinate with the airline to confirm whether a waiver of cancellation fees can also be applied to the remaining flights. *Please be advised that, depending on the airline’s regulations, cancellation fee waivers may not be granted for flights that were not officially canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
