About Changes

Japan Domestic Flights are divided into changeable fares and non-changeable fares.

If you purchase a changeable fare, you can change your flight and schedule within the same airline and route.
If you purchase a non-changeable fare, you will need to cancel your reservation and rebook.

Flight and schedule changes can be processed by the airline only if there is availability on the desired flight.

Non-changeable Fare You need to cancel the existing reservation and book a new one.
  • Changed information will not be automatically reflected on your skyticket My Page / reservation confirmation page.
    Please manage your reservation yourself afterward.
  • Passenger information and name are non-changeable items regardless of the fare type.
  • When canceling a reservation, cancellation fees will always apply after payment.
    Depending on the airline’s cancellation policy, refunds may not be available, so please be aware in advance.

Change Fees for Flights and Schedules

skyticket change processing fees and airline change fees apply only for certain airlines.
If there is a fare difference, additional payment will be required for any airline.

How to Process Flight and Schedule Changes

If You Have a Changeable Fare
  • Peach (APJ), Jetstar (JJP), and SPRING JAPAN (SJO) tickets can be changed for a fee directly via the airline’s website. For details, see here
  • Japan Airlines (JAL) and Toki Air (TOK) tickets require skyticket to check seat availability and change eligibility.
    If you wish to change, please contact skyticket during business hours (10:00–18:00) at TEL: 03-5224-8840.
  • For flights on other airlines, please contact the airline directly to process changes.

  • Changed information will not be automatically reflected on our website.
    Please manage your reservation yourself afterward.
If You Have a Non-changeable Fare
  • If you have a non-changeable ticket, you must cancel your reservation and rebook.
  • Some tickets are non-refundable. In such cases, cancellation procedures are not required and the ticket will be considered forfeited.
  • If you wish to change due to flight cancellations, bad weather, equipment failure, etc., please refer to here.
