A: In principle, changes or corrections to passenger information (name, date of birth, gender) cannot be made after application.
Please reapply with the correct passenger information and cancel the airline ticket with incorrect passenger information.

If payment has been made, a cancellation fee according to regulations will always be charged upon cancellation. Depending on the airline and ticket fare, refunds may not be possible.
For Japan Domestic Flights and Japan Domestic Flights + hotel reservations, after payment, it is possible to cancel only some of the passengers. Before payment, partial cancellations are not possible, so all reservations must be canceled once. For details about cancellations, please see here.
