| 【2】Process cancellation and check the refund amount on skyticket |

At the time of cancellation, skyticket will first confirm the operating status of the cancelled flight and then proceed with the cancellation process. Approximately two weeks after submitting the cancellation request, you will be able to check the refund amount in the refund section of My Page / the Reservation Confirmation page. |
