Usage of credit cards for payment on skyticket will be invoiced as "skyticket" or "Adventure, Inc.". If the above information aligns with the billing source on the credit card statement, it is likely that a reservation record exists on skyticket. |
If the billing source is neither “skyticket" nor "Adventure, Inc.", the invoice cannot be attributed to us. Kindly check with the billing source indicated in the statement. |
2. CHECK SKYTICKET USAGE HISTORY
Please check if the credit card holder or a family member has used any of the skyticket services, including flights or other services provided by skyticket in Japanese.

Reservation details and payment amounts can be verified via e-mails sent to the registered e-mail address of the user or via My Page / My Reservation(s) for each skyticket service. Please access the above links and check to see if there are any reservations. |
In the event that you have never made any bookings on skyticket before or if you are unable find any corresponding records on My Page / My Reservation(s), skyticket will check our booking records to verify if any reservations exist. |
CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT / REFUND AFTER BOOKING |

If no relevant payment history for a past reservation is found, check whether the reservation was canceled or refunded. There is a possibility that the payment process is occurring as a re-billing for the credit card refund process.

3. CHECK WITH SKYTICKET FOR RESERVATION HISTORY
Users may contact skyticket to check our booking records to verify any usage if they are unable to identify the reason for the unrecognized billing statement or are unable to find the corresponding record on My Page / My Reservation(s).
