Usage of credit cards for payment on skyticket will be invoiced as "skyticket" or "Adventure, Inc.".
Users who receive a credit card statement indicating an amount charged by our Company that they do not remember using or who receive a preliminary statement of charges are requested to verify the following details.
- Have you previously made bookings with skyticket?
- Was a cancellation/refund transaction made when you used skyticket?
SKYTICKET PREVIOUS/EXISTING USERS
If you (or a member of your family) have previously used skyticket, please check to see if there is any corresponding transaction record for the service used.
Reservation details and payment amounts can be verified via e-mails sent to your registered e-mail address or from My Page / My Reservation(s) for each skyticket service.

If no relevant payment history for a past reservation is found, check whether the reservation was canceled or refunded. There is a possibility that the payment process is occurring as a re-billing for the credit card refund process.
There is a possibility that the unrecognized billing statement is the Amount of the [Total Amount Paid less the Refund Amount]. |
SKYTICKET FIRST-TIME USERS
Kindly verify that the billing source is either "skyticket" or "Adventure, Inc.".
In the event that the billing source matches the billing source listed on the statement, skyticket will check for the corresponding record with the user's telephone number and other information.
