Convenience store payment method is available only to residents of Japan (includes foreigners residing in Japan).

skyticket accepts payments at convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson, Seicomart, and Ministop.

Payments must be made in cash only. Credit cards or other forms of payment are not accepted.
Please note that payments in excess of JPY300,000 cannot be processed via this payment method. Users are encouraged to consider other payment methods.

* An administrative fee may apply at the time of payment depending on the service used
Administrative fees are non-refundable at the time of cancellation/refund. Details will be displayed on the screen at the time of payment.

Important Notes

Convenience store payment is available until the day before the payment deadline.
Please note that it cannot be used on the payment deadline date.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE AT CONVENIENCE STORES

PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR JAPAN DOMESTIC FLIGHTS AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Payment can be made upon receipt of the "Reservation Confirmation" e-mail.
Please proceed from the URL in the text of the e-mail or from the reservation confirmation on My Page / My Reservation(s).

Reservation is in the process of being arranged if you have not received a "Reservation Confirmation" e-mail or if you have received only a "Flight Reservation" e-mail.
An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as the arrangements are completed. The status of your reservation can be viewed via My Page / My Reservation(s).

 

1. Select Convenience Stores (My Payment) on My Reservation(s) / My Page after Completing the Reservation
After completing the reservation, access My Reservation(s) / My Page and click on "Select Payment Method".
From the available payment methods displayed, select “Convenience Store (My Payment).”

2. Set Your Email Address
Please ensure that you set an email address in order to receive the payment barcode.

3. Display the Barcode

A barcode will be displayed on your device screen.
Please bring the barcode with you when visiting the convenience store.

Please note that payments cannot be made using a screenshot of the barcode display screen.
The barcode can be displayed only on a smartphone.
Displaying the barcode on a computer or tablet is not supported.

4. Paying at Convenience Stores
Please visit the selected convenience store and complete your payment in cash.
