Passengers may be asked to present their boarding passes at the airport for boarding and at immigration and customs inspections.
Flights on LCCs (low-cost carriers) to/from overseas will not be issued an e-ticket.
Passengers are required to verify their bookings and acquire an itinerary directly from the official airline websites.
Information pertaining to boarding procedures are included in the “Confirmation of Air Ticket Purchase” e-mail.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
Most international low-cost carrier flights listed on skyticket are non-refundable and non-cancelable for personal reasons of the traveler.
If the airline allows refunds under specific circumstances, the earlier statement shall not be applicable.
In the event of a refund, skyticket will process the refund directly to the passenger.
Kindly contact skyticket after completing the cancellation process with the airlines.
Upon confirmation with the airlines of the cancellation, skyticket will initiate the necessary cancellation / refund procedures.

FLIGHT SUSPENSION / SCHEDULE CHANGE
Overseas LCCs (low-cost carriers) often experience a higher frequency of flight suspensions and schedule changes due to reasons beyond the control of the airlines.
Passengers are encouraged to verify the latest flight information on the official websites of the airlines prior to travel.
