[Japan Domestic Flights]How to Select Seats for Jetstar (JJP)

You can select your seat after receiving the "Final Confirmation" email sent at the time of booking or after payment.

At the time of booking (before payment)

  1. Click the "Add options" button located below the customer information input fields.
  2. Click "Select from seat map".
  3. Click/tap your preferred seat on the seat map and then click "Select".
  4. Confirm that the information displayed at the top of the screen is correct, then click "Select seat and close".
  5. The seat number will be displayed on screen, completing your registration.

  • If you add seat selection or checked baggage at the time of booking, a skyticket option handling fee will apply.
  • For checked baggage, 15kg is pre-selected as a recommendation.
    If you do not need it, please select the item marked Not needed or Free.
  • Please be sure to check the total amount before payment.

 

After booking (after receiving the "Final Confirmation" email)

  1. Access the reservation confirmation page (guest reservation) or My Page (member reservation).
  2. Select "Specify on airline website" for the flight schedule.
  3. Copy or note the displayed "Reservation number".
  4. Select "Go to airline website".
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to select your seat.

  • Seat selection is not possible after payment but before receiving the "Final Confirmation" email.
