【Domestic Flights】 Japan Airlines (JAL) Seat Selection Method – skyticket Usage / Cancellation / FAQ

After payment and once the “Final Confirmation” email has been received, seat selection will be available. Detailed procedures can be found on skyticket Usage (Japan Domestic Flights)

Log in to "My Page" or "My Reservation(s)" page
Members : My Page
Non-Members : My Reservation(s)
Click on "Select Seats" in the Flight Schedule column and "Select on Airline Website"
Copy or memo the "Flight Number" and "Reservation Number" displayed on the screen
Select "Proceed to Airline Website"
Enter the required information in the "Non-JMB Member" field of the Japan Airlines (JAL) "Manage Booking" screen and click "Search"
Click on "Seat assignment" in the Booking details screen and a seat map will be displayed for you to select your seat(s)

Seat selection is not available before payment and ticket issuance, or before the “Final Information” email has been received.
We kindly ask that you wait until the email arrives.

Please enter your reservation details in the “Non-Member” section.
Although katakana input may be specified, please try entering your details using Romaji characters (ローマ字).
If you have booked certain Okinawa routes, please select “JTA / RAC” in the airline field.
