Unfortunately, skyticket is unable to process changes to itineraries, passenger information, or passport information. If you wish to make changes or corrections, please contact the airline directly via the airline’s website or call center to confirm whether changes are possible, and complete the necessary procedures with them.
Please note that even if changes to the details are possible, the procedures may incur additional charges. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Even after completing changes to your reservation details, the updates will not be reflected on the skyticket reservation confirmation page. After completing the procedures, please manage your reservation details yourself.
Even if the airline advises you to process the changes through skyticket, we regret that we are unable to handle such procedures.
Cancellation
Cancellations cannot be processed through skyticket. Please apply for the cancellation yourself via the airline’s website.
Please note that regardless of the reservation date or departure date, a skyticket cancellation fee will be incurred once payment has been made.
Please check the cancellation policy when submitting your cancellation request on the airline’s website.
Even if you cancel through the airline’s website, refunds will be processed by skyticket. After completing the cancellation procedure, please contact skyticket within 5 days. Once the refund from the airline has been confirmed, your refund will be issued after deducting the skyticket cancellation fee [5,000JPY] per person.
If you do not contact the airline and fail to board your flight, it may be treated as a no-show cancellation, and the airline may charge additional fees.
For round-trip or multi-city tickets, it is not possible to cancel only certain segments in advance. If there are unused flight segments, the remaining segments after the unused portion will be automatically canceled by the airline. If you do not use part of your itinerary, no refund will be provided for the unused or automatically canceled segments, and the airline may additionally charge the fare difference from the standard fare.
Depending on the fare selected, partial cancellation for individual passengers may not be allowed, or a 100% cancellation fee may apply from the time of purchase, making the ticket non-refundable.
