Once your reservation is completed on Skyticket Hotels, the hotel will receive the information and will be able to confirm the reservation on their end.
Before your departure, you may also contact the hotel directly to reconfirm your reservation.
In particular, at international hotels, check-in issues—such as going to the wrong property or errors in the registered name—are frequently observed.
Although not mandatory, we recommend reconfirming your reservation with the hotel yourself to ensure a smooth check-in process.
You can find the contact information for each hotel in your reservation confirmation email and on My Page (for member reservations) or the reservation confirmation page (for guest reservations).
※For some independently operated hotels or properties that do not handle phone inquiries, contacting them by phone may be difficult.
In such cases, please check the hotel’s official website for contact methods.
If the hotel is unable to confirm your reservation
In the unlikely event that your reservation has been successfully completed but the hotel is unable to confirm it, skyticket will contact the hotel on your behalf to verify the reservation.
