[Car Rental]How to Use – skyticket Usage / Cancellation / FAQ

At skyticket, you can make domestic rental car reservations by following the steps below.
Please refer to this before and after making your reservation.

Flow from Reservation to the Day of Use

【1】Search for Rental Cars

Select your desired date, time, and location, then press "Search for the Lowest Price" to display a list of rental car search results.
Also, by selecting "Select Vehicle Type & Options," you can add search criteria such as vehicle type, options, and rental car companies.

【2】Select a Plan

Press "Select" on your desired plan to display the "Estimate."
Select the store name, number of people, and options, and confirm the payment method and price.

【3】Confirm Your Selection & Enter Customer Information

Confirm your selections and enter the "Driver Information."
If you are using a shuttle service plan from the airport and know your arrival and departure flight details, please enter the flight numbers as well.
If unknown at the time of reservation, you can register or change this information after booking via My Page / Reservation Confirmation Page.

【4】Reservation Confirmation (On-site Payment)

After confirming your reservation details and cancellation policy, press "Next (Confirm Reservation)" to complete your reservation.
The reservation number will be displayed on the screen, and a reservation confirmation email will be sent.
You can check your reservation details on the rental car Reservation Confirmation Page / My Page, or in the reservation confirmation email sent to your registered address.

After confirming your reservation details and cancellation policy, press "Next (Confirm Details)" to proceed to the payment method selection screen.
After entering your information, confirm the details and press "Complete Payment."
The reservation will be completed simultaneously with payment, the reservation number will be displayed on the screen, and a reservation confirmation email will be sent.
You can check your reservation details on the rental car Reservation Confirmation Page / My Page, or in the reservation confirmation email sent to your registered address.

【5】Store Reception & Start of Use

On the day of use, go to the rental car company’s pick-up location, provide the name and reservation number used at the time of booking, and present the reservation confirmation email to complete the pick-up procedure.
For on-site payment plans, please pay the fee at the store when picking up the vehicle.
Payment methods vary by rental car company, so please consult the rental car company you are using for details.

【6】Return

Please complete the return procedure at the return location by the end of your rental period.
If you are unable to return on time, please contact the rental car company directly.
