[Highway Bus]How to Use – skyticket Usage / Cancellation / FAQ

At skyticket, you can book and ride highway buses by following the steps below.
Please refer to this before and after making a reservation.

Flow from Reservation to Boarding

[1] Search for Highway Bus

Search for the lowest-priced highway bus that meets your specified criteria using the search window.
Please check the reservation notes here.

* If your departure time exceeds midnight, please set the departure date as the day before the arrival date.
* Changes to your reservation cannot be accepted after booking, so please carefully confirm your application details before submitting.

[2] Select Your Desired Bus

The search results will be displayed based on the conditions you specified.
Please select your preferred bus, boarding and alighting stops, and the number of passengers.

Click "View Details of This Bus" to see details such as stops and bus facilities.

[3] Select Additional Bus

If you are booking multiple buses, such as a round trip, press "Search for Additional Bus" and select your desired bus, boarding and alighting stops, and the number of passengers.

Depending on the selected route and plan, round-trip discounts may apply.
If applicable, the plan details page will indicate the availability of round-trip discounts, so please check.

* For round-trip discount bookings, one-way cancellations are not allowed. Please understand this in advance.

[4] Enter Customer Information

After confirming your selections, press "Proceed to Enter User Information" and enter the passenger information.

If you are a skyticket member logged in, the representative's information will be automatically filled in.

* After booking, you will need the registered phone number to confirm your reservation. Please carefully check for any mistakes when entering your information.
* When you enter your age, the available fare categories will be displayed.
This lets you check whether discounts such as student or senior fares are available.

[5] Pay Now

Payment is made simultaneously with your booking.

After confirming your selections, please choose your payment method.

When payment is complete, your reservation number will be displayed and a reservation confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Your reservation number will be displayed on the screen, and a reservation confirmation email will be sent.

Please make your payment by the deadline stated in the email using the URL in the email body or via My Page / Reservation Confirmation Page.

Once payment is completed, a payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

* If payment is not made by the deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

[6] Receive Reservation Confirmation Email

After booking or completing payment, your reservation number will be displayed on the screen, and a reservation confirmation email will be sent.

We do not provide paper tickets, so please keep this email until your ride.
The reservation number is needed to check or cancel your reservation, so be sure to keep it safe until the day of travel.

You can check your reservation details on My Page / Reservation Confirmation Page or in the reservation confirmation email.

[7] Boarding

When boarding, please present the reservation confirmation email sent after booking and payment, the highway bus reservation confirmation page on your device, or a printed copy of the screen to the crew.

* Please confirm the boarding location and method in advance, and arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the departure time.
