【4】Confirm Reservation Details |

| Please review the guest information you entered, the selected accommodation, the cancellation policy, and other relevant terms and conditions. After confirming the details, check the box for “I agree to the above terms” and click “Proceed to Payment.” |

【6】Receiving Your Reservation Confirmation Email |

After completing your payment and reservation, a Reference Number and the reservation completion screen will be displayed, and a Reservation Confirmation Email will be sent to your registered email address. You can view your reservation on My Page (for member reservations) or the Reservation Confirmation Page (for guest reservations). ※For accommodations without a front desk or those offering contactless check-in, the hotel may send a separate email with a check-in code or instructions on how to complete the check-in process. Please check the check-in method in advance via My Page, the Reservation Confirmation Page, or the body of the Reservation Confirmation Email. |
【7】How to Complete Procedures at the Accommodation |

At the accommodation on the day of your stay, please provide the full name of the reservation holder or primary guest and present your Reservation Confirmation Email at the front desk.
