[Hotels & Stays] Q: How can I make a partial cancellation or addition?
A: Partial cancellations or additions to an existing reservation—such as shortening or extending the stay, or partially canceling/adding guests—are not accepted.
Please make a new reservation with the desired details and then cancel any unnecessary reservations.

If the cancellation falls within a non-refundable period or a plan that does not allow refunds, please contact the hotel directly to confirm whether a cancellation fee can be waived.
If a refund with a fee waiver is possible, please contact skyticket (hotel@skyticket.com) and provide the hotel staff member’s name along with your request.
