- Enter your Reference Number and reservation details from the Reservation Confirmation Email into the Hotel Reservation Confirmation form.
- Please complete the cancellation process via the Cancellation Page.
For Guests Who Made a Reservation While Logged In (Member Reservations)
- Access the Login Page.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Complete the cancellation process via the Cancellation Page.
