For Guests Who Made a Reservation Without Logging In (Non-Member Reservations)

1.  Access the Reservation Confirmation Page.
2. Enter your Reference Number and reservation details from the Reservation Confirmation Email into the Hotel Reservation Confirmation form.
3. Please complete the cancellation process via the Cancellation Page.

For Guests Who Made a Reservation While Logged In (Member Reservations)

1. Access the Login Page.
2. Enter your registered email address and password.
3. Complete the cancellation process via the Cancellation Page.
