A: Some plans and bus companies offer various discounted fares for reservations.
When entering your customer information, if you input your age, the available fare categories will be displayed. If discounts are available, they will be shown on this screen, so please select the applicable option.
If no discounts are displayed, unfortunately, skyticket does not handle those discounts.
Student discounts and disability discounts may require presenting a student ID or disability certificate at the time of boarding. Please check the bus company’s website or other sources for details on required documentation.
For discounts requiring proof, if you do not present it at boarding, you will not be able to use your reservation. Rebooking on the day and additional payments may be required.
For those with a mental disability certificate, the scope of discount eligibility varies by bus company. Before booking, be sure to check the bus company’s website to confirm eligibility.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.
