[Japan Domestic Flights] Q: Can I change my flight or cancel for free in advance due to concerns about flight cancellations or delays?
A: As a general rule, before a cancellation is decided or special regulations are announced by the airline, even if there are concerns about cancellations or delays due to bad weather or airline circumstances, the standard regulations will apply.
Therefore, changes to non-changeable fare types or refunds for non-refundable fare types cannot be accepted.

If the airline announces special regulations, this does not apply. After such an announcement, procedures can be handled according to the regulations set by the airline.
If you cancel after the cancellation decision or after the airline’s special regulations are announced, you must apply within 7 days of the scheduled departure date. For other cancellations, changes, or refunds, please refer to here.
All procedures conducted before the special regulation announcement by each airline will be subject to the standard regulations. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
If the airline announces a waiver of cancellation fees, airline cancellation fees and skyticket cancellation processing fees will be waived. Please note that skyticket handling fees, administrative fees, phone reservation fees, option arrangement fees, and change processing fees are not refundable.
