A: There are items that can be changed after making a reservation and items that cannot be changed.

Items That Can Be Changed

• Email address
• Number of users
• Phone number

※You can make changes yourself from the Reservation Confirmation Page.
※You cannot change the number of users to exceed the legal capacity of the reserved vehicle.
※Because child seats are required for infants, changes for infants cannot be made from the reservation confirmation page.
If changes are necessary, please contact the store you will be using.

 

Items That Cannot Be Changed

• Plan (car model, vehicle type, etc.)
• Usage period (including extensions and shortenings)
• Pick-up and drop-off locations
• Payment method

※If you wish to change any of the above items, please make a new reservation and then proceed to cancel the original reservation.
※Cancellation fees will apply according to each rental car company's cancellation policy after payment has been made.
