Cancellation fees will be charged immediately after payment. Please be sure to confirm your reservation details before payment.
If you perform multiple cancellations for one reservation, cancellation fees will be charged each time.
The cancellation policies of bus companies may differ between direct reservations with the bus company and reservations made through skyticket. In such cases, the policy displayed on the skyticket reservation page and reservation confirmation page will apply.
For reservations of certain bus company services, the cancellation processing fee may differ from the above. Please check on the screen before confirming your reservation and on the cancellation confirmation screen.
