A: Since banks are closed on weekends and holidays, we cannot confirm receipt of payment if you make a bank transfer on those days.

If you make a transfer by 3:00 PM on a weekday, we can confirm receipt of payment on the same day.
If you make a transfer outside of banking hours, payment is expected to be confirmed on the next weekday.

If you need to pay in cash after 3:00 PM on a weekday or on weekends and holidays, please use convenience store payment.
