A: The shareholder discount airline tickets are discounted fares using shareholder benefit coupons issued by the airline companies. Since skyticket provides shareholder benefit coupons on behalf of customers, customers who are not shareholders of the airline company can also use this service.
In addition, a shareholder discount procurement fee is charged separately from the airline ticket fare. This fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or refund.
Customers who are not shareholders of the airline company can use this service just like other airline tickets. No special procedures such as preparing shareholder benefit coupons by yourself are required.
You cannot use your own shareholder benefit coupons. Please make reservations using your own shareholder benefit coupons directly on the airline company’s website.
The amount printed on the ticket exchanged at the airport does not include skyticket’s handling fees, administrative fees, or the shareholder discount procurement fee.
