RECONFIRMATION
Reconfirmation refers to the process of verifying your flight booking with the airline prior to boarding the flight.
This step is necessary 72 hours prior to departure for all/some flights, contingent upon the specific airline policies.
Passengers are advised to verify with the airlines listed below to ascertain if reconfirmation is necessary.
In the unlikely event that passengers fail to reconfirm their flight bookings with an airline that mandates reconfirmation, they will be deemed as not intending to board and their bookings may be subject to automatic cancellation.
For additional information on reconfirmation and the management of reservations, kindly refer to the official websites of the airlines.
RECONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
To reconfirm, please contact the airline directly or visit their counter at the airport to provide reservation information such as flight number, departure date and other required information to confirm your booking and intention to board the scheduled flight.
Local contact information and telephone numbers of hotels where you will be staying may be required.
We recommend that you have this information ready in advance.
