skyticket accepts payment via bank transfer from MUFG Bank and Japan Post Bank for some of our services.
* Bank transfer service is only available when payments are made in Japanese Yen (All other currencies are not acceptable)

Due to official banking hours, only transfers made before 3:00PM (JST) on Mondays to Fridays (excluding national holidays) will be credited to our bank account on the same day.
Transfers made on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays or after 3:00PM on weekdays will usually be processed on the next business day.

Please refer to the following cautionary guidelines and the handling of transfers made after banking hours.

For transfers made after 3:00PM (JST) on weekdays, weekends and national holidays, please refer to the following table for information in order to make payments before the Payment Deadline.
* Reservations are subject to auto-cancellation by the systems after the payment deadline (Extension of payment deadlines are not permissible)

skyticket will refund the amount paid by bank transfer if payment is not received by the payment deadline and the reservation is being auto-canceled, or if payment is made by another payment method before the bank transfer amount reaches us.
