Students who are enrolled for a duration of four weeks or less are permitted to enter and remain in the country without the need to obtain a visa prior to their travel.

Application for an extension after arrival in the UAE allows for a stay of up to 70 days.

Students who engage in studies lasting between 5 to 7 weeks may apply for a 60-day tourist visa prior to their arrival in the country.

This visa does not permit part-time employment.

Students intending to study in the UAE for over 8 weeks must apply for and obtain a student visa prior to their arrival. Holding a student visa permits legal part-time employment in the UAE.

These visas can be issued for durations of 90 days, 180 days or one year, contingent upon the length of the academic program.
