Due to airline circumstances, the schedule (departure/arrival times) and the aircraft used may change after your reservation is made.
Please be sure to check the schedule and aircraft of your reserved flight on the airline's website before boarding.

Also, the schedule listed in the "Final Notice" email and on the My Page / Reservation Confirmation Page reflects the schedule at the time of booking.

Please note that if a schedule change occurs after booking, the information on skyticket will not be automatically updated.

If You Are Unable to Select a Seat or Check In Online

On some airline websites, when a schedule or aircraft change occurs due to airline circumstances, certain operations on the site may be temporarily restricted.

Please check the changes on the airline’s website, and if you wish to board under the revised schedule, contact skyticket with the following necessary information. Contact details can be found here.

• Phone Number:
• Your intention to board under the revised schedule

Once we receive your contact, we will confirm your flight under the revised details.
After this procedure, you will be able to select seats and check in online on the airline’s website.
