Refunds for reservations made and paid via Samsung Pay or kakaopay will be processed back to the credit card or bank account associated with the account.
To verify the status of your refund, please refer to the statement available in the app for each service.

PRECAUTIONS FOR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
- skyticket is unable to provide specific dates for refunds as processing time for refunds varies depending on the number of refund transactions being processed
- Please contact the credit card company for more detailed information on the refund schedule after you have received the completion of refund e-mail from skyticket
- Refunds will not be reflected on your statement until the following month or later due to the closing date of your credit card
Note: Processing of cancellation data may require several weeks from the date of refund by skyticket
PRECAUTIONS FOR DEBIT CARD / PREPAID CARD REFUNDS
Due to the card company's processing or card specifications, there is a probability that the debit card may be temporarily deducted twice or that the debit card will be deducted again even if it was refunded once.
Kindly wait for the cancellation data to be processed and the duplicate amount will be refunded accordingly.
