Cancellation of the ticket with the incorrect passenger information and purchase of a new ticket with the correct passenger information will be required.
Kindly note that cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee which may not be refundable depending on the airline.

  Please make the necessary cancellations via My Page / My Reservation(s)
• Partial cancellation before payment cannot be made (Cancellation of the whole reservation and making a new reservation is required)
