Procedures for booking and boarding helicopters with skyticket.

Reference before and after reservation/booking.

PROCEDURES - BOOKING & BOARDING

1. SEARCH HELICOPTER CRUISES / PLANS

Select a Private Transfer or Private Cruise plan from the search screen for helicopter plans with specified criteria.

* Private Cruises: Scenic cruises fly around the heliport area. The flight will depart and arrive at the same heliport
* Private Transfers: One-way transportation from Tokyo to designated areas

2. SELECT PREFERRED CRUISE / PLAN
Search results will be displayed according to the criteria specified. Select the desired plan and enter the information required. After confirming the selection, cancellation policy and other regulations, click on "Reserve with Above Details".

3. TENTATIVE RESERVATION

After the completion of reservation, a "Tentative Reservation Information" e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
After the arrangement process is completed by skyticket, an e-mail indicating the reservation status and payment details will be sent to the reservation person within 3 working days from the date of reservation submission.
The reservation details can be found in the text of the e-mail.

4. ARRANGEMENT COMPLETION & CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Upon successful completion of the arrangement, a "Reservation Confirmation / Payment Notification" e-mail will be sent to the reservation person's registered e-mail address.
After confirming the contents of the e-mail, please proceed to the payment URL in the text of the e-mail and make the credit card payment before the deadline indicated.

* Reservations are subject to auto-cancellation by the system when payment cannot be verified by the deadline
* In the unlikely event that e-mails are not received, please refer to the Solution for Non-Retrieval of E-mails page

5. RESERVATION COMPLETION E-MAIL

Following the completion of payment, a "Confirmation of Reservation" e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the reservation person to confirm the booking.。
Ensure to check your booking details indicated in the e-mail prior to the day of the flight.

6. BOARDING

All participants must arrive at the heliport by the meeting time indicated in the "Confirmation of Reservation" e-mail.
Provide the name of the reservation person at the heliport reception desk.

Boarding instructions will be briefed by the heliport staff prior to boarding the helicopter.
Commemorative photos will be taken after the flight.

* Check the Boarding Information prior to the flight day
* An e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address in the event of flight cancellation due to inclement weather
