- Log in to My Page
- From the Reservation Details section, click on View Details of the relevant booking
- Click on Issue Receipt to proceed
- Confirm the details and enter the Name of Person or Company and Proviso
- Click on Download to issue the receipt in PDF format
GUEST (NON-MEMBER) BOOKINGS (Reservations Made Without Login / Prior to Membership Registration)
- Log in to My Reservation(s)
- Click on Issue Receipt to proceed
- Confirm the details and enter the Name of Person or Company and Proviso
- Click on Download to issue the receipt in PDF format

- Receipts for partial details of bookings cannot be issued via My Page or My Reservation(s) page
Please access UNABLE TO ISSUE FROM MY PAGE / MY RESERVATION(S) PAGE below for details - Bank transfer fees for payments made via bank transfer cannot be included in the amount entered on receipts
- Receipts cannot be issued if the Name of Person or Company and Proviso columns are left blank
- Travel insurance premiums cannot be included in the amount of receipts
Requests for travel insurance premium receipts should be made via e-mail with the name of the addressee
Kindly contact skyticket to make your request - Receipt issuance cannot be made in amounts exceeding the amount of payment made

Issuance of receipts from My Page / My Reservation(s) page is only applicable for full payment amounts (including re-issuance).
Receipt issuance cannot be processed from My Page / My Reservation(s) page are listed in cases below.
- Issuance of receipts in partial amounts
- Issuance of receipts in segments or in multiple copies
- Issuance after cancellation
- Re-issuance with paid additional options added on a date after initial payment is completed
- Bookings for which payment was made in currencies other than Japanese Yen (JPY)
