PROCEDURES FOR ACCESSING MY RESERVATION(S) PAGE
- Access My Reservation(s) page
- Enter the required reservation details in the relevant service column
* Entry columns vary depending on the service - Click on "My Reservation(s)" at the bottom of the screen to proceed
- The screen that appears next will display your reservation details
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
- An error may occur if you access My Reservation(s) page while logged in on the device you are on
Please log out and reopen the My Reservation(s) page while being logged out - Registration of membership after making a reservation or making a reservation without logging in will result in a guest reservation and will not be displayed on My Page
(Linking a guest reservation to an existing membership account is not possible after the reservation has been made) - The reservation confirmation page varies depending on the skyticket service
(Enter your reservation details in required fields for the service you are using) - Users can access "My Reservation(s)" from the menu in the upper left corner of the skyticket App
- If you have entered the correct information and is unable to verify your reservation details, there is a possibility of an error in your submission
