After the completion of payment, a "Final Confirmation" e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 3 days.
You are required to retain the reservation/confirmation numbers in the contents of the e-mail until the day of your departure.

- skyticket will resend the e-mail to your registered e-mail address if you did not receive the e-mail
Kindly e-mail (info@skyticket.com) skyticket with your name in full, the telephone number you entered and the amount of the payment made
- Please include in your e-mail the new e-mail address if you would like skyticket to send the Final Confirmation e-mail to a different e-mail address than the one you have registered
- Same-day and last-minute reservations may be sent up to 2 hours prior to the boarding time
- Please confirm your e-mail settings to enable receipt of e-mails from "@skyticket.com" if you have restriction settings on receiving e-mails
Even if you are not able to receive e-mails from skyticket due to your own limitations the travel agreement will still be valid and concluded Troubleshooting for Unreceived E-mails
