Due to airline circumstances, there is a possibility that the schedule (departure/arrival times) and aircraft used may change after booking arrangements. Please be sure to check the schedule and aircraft used for your reserved flight on the airline's website before boarding.
When checking in, please prepare one of the following. You can confirm these in the "Final Notice" email or on the Reservation Confirmation Page (Guest Reservations) / My Page (Member Reservations).
For reservations made through skyticket, no paper boarding pass will be provided.
You cannot board using the skyticket application number. Please be sure to have one of the numbers listed above.

How to Check In
Go to the Skymark (SKY) departure counter or the self-check-in kiosk at the airport
Present or enter one of the required items listed above to complete the check-in process
Receive your boarding pass
Proceed to the security checkpoint at the airport
Please complete check-in and pass through security by30 minutes beforedeparture, and proceed to the boarding gate by20 minutes beforedeparture. If you do not arrive by these times, you will not be allowed to board.
During busy periods such as summer vacation and year-end/New Year holidays, please head to the counter and security checkpoint early.
If there are multiple terminals at the airport, please check your flight’s departure terminal in advance on the airline’s website or other sources.
