- Confirmation Number
* Boarding cannot be done with the reference number (Please have the numbers above ready for check-in)
* The numbers can be found in the contents of the "Final Confirmation" e-mail or on My Reservation(s) or My Page
* Please contact skyticket in advance in the event that you have not received the "Final Confirmation" e-mail or cannot access My Reservation(s)/My Page
Check-In Procedures

Online check-in is required before boarding from April 1, 2023. For detailed information on online check-in and procedures, please proceed to Online check-in. |
- Check-in online via the Star Flyer website or Star Flyer App on your smartphone, computer or tablet
- Retrieve or print mobile boarding pass(es)
- Proceed to the security checkpoint at the airport and present your mobile boarding pass
- Proceed to the boarding gate
* The reservation number and confirmation number sent to you by skyticket are required for online check-in
* Online check-in procedures allow you to go through security checkpoints without going to the check-in counter
* Please contact the airline directly for operational instructions or queries regarding the website of the airline (Airlines Contact Information)
* Check-in at least 20 minutes prior to departure time, clear the security checkpoint and arrive at the boarding gate at least 10 minutes prior to departure time (Boarding may be denied if you do not proceed to the boarding gate by the time specified above)
* Passengers are advised to check-in and clear the security checkpoints as early as possible during busy periods and major holidays such as summer vacation and year-end/New Year holidays
* Check the departure terminal of your flight on the website of the airline in advance if there is more than one terminal at the airport
