[Japan Domestic Flights] All Nippon Airways (ANA/NH) Boarding Procedures

Due to airline circumstances, there is a possibility that the schedule (departure/arrival times) and aircraft used may change after your reservation is made.
Please be sure to check the schedule and aircraft used for your reserved flight on the airline's website before boarding.

Items Required for Boarding

Please prepare the following items when completing your boarding procedures.
You can confirm these in the body of the "Final Notice" email, or on the Reservation Confirmation Page (Guest Reservations) / My Page (Member Reservations).

  1. Reservation Number

※If the ticket number is required, you can check it by issuing an e-ticket from the reservation details confirmation screen on the ANA website.

  • If your reservation was made through skyticket, no paper boarding pass will be provided. 
  • You cannot board using the skyticket application number. Please be sure to have the above number ready.

How to Complete Boarding Procedures

  1. Between 24 hours and 30 minutes before departure, complete online check-in via the airline’s website or app
  2. Obtain a mobile boarding pass or print it out
  3. Proceed to the security checkpoint at the airport and present your mobile boarding pass when passing through
  4. Head to the boarding gate
Perform online check-in on the airline’s website
(For Japan Domestic Flights reservation confirmation – please proceed as a "General Passenger")
  • Online check-in can be completed on the respective airline’s website.

  • Please complete check-in and pass through security at least 30 minutes before departure, and arrive at the boarding gate by 20 minutes before departure.
    If you do not arrive by these times, you will not be allowed to board.
  • During busy periods such as summer vacation and year-end/New Year holidays, please proceed to the security checkpoint early.
  • If the airport has multiple terminals, please confirm your departure terminal for your flight in advance on the airline’s website or other sources.
